Early life and education
Muneespandi was born at Leonard Hospital in Batlagundu. He spent his formative years in his native place of Malliyampatti, Nilakottai taluk, in the Dindigul district.
His primary education was completed at Government Kallar High School, Sithargalnatham, followed by higher secondary studies at Government Kallar Higher Secondary School in Anaipatti.
Pursuing higher education, he attended Parvathy's Arts and Science College in Dindigul, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics (B.Sc Phy). Furthering his academic credentials, he obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from MAM Law College in Narasaraopet, Andhra Pradesh.
